About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a Head of AI Delivery to own and scale a rapidly growing AI services division serving 8090 global clients with a team of 100+ AI professionals.

This is a business leadership and P&L ownership role, not a traditional project or delivery management position. You will own the division's financial performance, delivery operations, client portfolio, capacity planning, people strategy, quality, and growth.

The mandate is to take an already-scaled AI services business to its next order of magnitude, while protecting margins, delivery quality, client retention, speed, and culture.

The ideal candidate is a builder-operator who can look at a 100+ person organization and build the systems, leadership structure, service models, and operating discipline required to scale it several times over.

What You Will Own:

1. Business & P&L:

- Own the division's revenue, gross margin, utilization, profitability, delivery quality, and client retention.

- Build financial and operational dashboards to drive data-based decision-making.

- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, margins, and operational efficiency.

- Partner with leadership on growth strategy, forecasting, and business planning.

2. Delivery & Operating Model:

- Build a scalable operating model for a 100+ person AI services organization.

- Standardize delivery processes, governance, quality frameworks, and accountability mechanisms.

- Ensure delivery capacity consistently stays ahead of business demand.

- Establish systems that enable scale without increasing operational complexity disproportionately.

- Reduce dependency on individual senior contributors through documented and repeatable processes.

3. People & Organization:

- Lead and develop adoption specialists, delivery leads, project teams, and future leaders.

- Own workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning.

- Build the organizational structure required to scale the division significantly.

- Develop clear career paths, performance expectations, and leadership pipelines.

- Maintain strong engagement and retention in a fast-growing, young organization.

4. Clients & Global Delivery:

- Own the overall client experience across a portfolio of 8090 active accounts, with a significant focus on US clients.

- Establish strong client governance, reporting, QBR, escalation, and review mechanisms.

- Build senior-level relationships with key clients and drive retention, renewals, and account expansion.

- Understand how digital agencies operate and leverage white-label delivery partners.

- Help agencies introduce, sell, and deliver AI services to their own clients through scalable delivery models.

5. AI Services & Innovation:

- Shape the AI services roadmap based on market demand, client needs, and emerging technology.

- Identify opportunities to productize AI services and create standardized, repeatable delivery models.

- Evolve delivery methodologies as AI technologies and client requirements change.

- Partner with technology, sales, client success, finance, and founders to launch and scale new AI offerings.

What Success Looks Like:

In the first 12 months, you will be expected to:

- Establish a scalable organizational and operating structure for the AI division.

- Standardize delivery processes across major AI services.

- Improve delivery predictability, utilization, quality, and client satisfaction.

- Build a robust workforce and capacity planning framework.

- Improve project-level and division-level gross margins.

- Establish reliable dashboards across financial, delivery, client, capacity, and people metrics.

- Build a strong second line of leadership and reduce dependency on key individuals.

- Enable the division to add clients and team members without compromising quality or profitability.

- Deliver measurable growth across revenue, active clients, team size, and AI service offerings.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a business-minded delivery leader / operator who has demonstrated the ability to build and scale technology or professional services organizations.

Ideal Profile:

- 4- 8 years of experience in technology services, consulting, delivery, operations, business management, or general management.

- Experience leading a 75+ person organization, with exposure to larger teams strongly preferred.

- Demonstrated ownership of P&L, revenue, gross margin, utilization, or business performance metrics.

- Proven experience scaling a delivery organization or business unit.

- Strong understanding of services business economics, capacity planning, utilization, and margins.

- Experience managing US or global clients, ideally within a digital agency, technology services, consulting, or white-label services environment.

- Strong systems and process orientation with the ability to build operating models from first principles.

- Commercial mindset with the ability to connect sales demand, capacity, delivery, client retention, and profitability.

- Strong understanding of AI and emerging technology, with the ability to translate technology into scalable services and business outcomes. Coding expertise is not required.

- Strong people leadership skills and experience developing managers and future leaders.

- Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment with significant founder/leadership interaction.

- Premier institute backgrounds and strong academic credentials are preferred, given the analytical, strategic, and business-building nature of the role.
