For more information, visit cadmusgroup.com.\nResponsibilities\nDocument current and future-state processes, identifying efficiency opportunities, and partnering with stakeholders to drive process optimization\nConduct User Research to create end to end process documentation\nFacilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify operational pain points, process improvement opportunities and strategic objectives and turn them into cost effective scalable system transformations\nIdentify, qualify, and document automation and digitization opportunities, including site level workflows and system handoffs\nWork with stakeholders to standardize processes\nManage intake, prioritization, and onboarding of new functionality requests\nEnsure final designs meet business needs while minimizing complexity and cost\nDocument Feature and Epic level Business Requirements and Acceptance Criteria for hand off to development teams using standardized Scaled Agile Methodologies\nEnsure all requirements are clearly mapped to business value, measurable outcomes and downstream workflow impacts\nAct as a gateway between business needs and system capabilities\nDocument user stories in JIRA and also work on system documentation as part of the release development process\nQualifications\nBA/BS and 1-2 years of experience as a business analyst or similar roles\nStrong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) & Scaled Agile delivery across multiple development teams\nStrong Agile knowledge, technical writing skills, data-driven analysis, and proficiency with collaboration tools\nProven experience in creating development-ready Epics / Features and associated acceptance criteria including non-functional requirements\nExpertise in AI and automation technologies to support future-state process mapping, solutioning, and optimization opportunities (Workflow orchestration, AI-assisted decision-making)\nProficient in technical writing to support creation of business requirements, implementation strategies\nExperience facilitating meetings and mediating between cross-functional teams and stakeholders (in person and/or virtually)\nSkilled in stakeholder facilitation and communication to all levels of key stakeholders (Leadership to end users)\nFamiliarity with AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives supporting large scale, multi organization environments, with experience applying these capabilities to high volume mission critical business processes.\nProficiency in collaboration/documentation tools (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)\nAbility to obtain a FNS MBI Clearance \nAdditional Information:\nCandidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.\nBased on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs.\nThe salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000.
