For more information, visit cadmusgroup.com.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the planning, design, conduct, and evaluation of Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program exercises for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.\nAssist with the development of exercise objectives, scenarios, meeting materials, participant communications, facilitator materials, evaluation materials, and exercise reports.\nConduct background research and analyze information related to homeland security, cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, emergency management, and exercise scenarios.\nCoordinate scheduling, participant tracking, document management, meeting support, and exercise logistics.\nSupport planning meetings, exercise delivery, facilitation, evaluation, and after-action activities with government and private-sector stakeholders.\nCapture meeting notes, decisions, action items, participant feedback, and exercise observations accurately and consistently.\nDraft and revise reports, presentations, briefing materials, and other client deliverables using established templates and style requirements.\nPerform quality-control reviews for grammar, formatting, consistency, completeness, and adherence to project requirements.\nCollaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams and complete assigned tasks within established schedules.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in emergency management, homeland security, national security, public policy, political science, cybersecurity, or a related field.\nMinimum of at least two (2) years of professional experience, with relevant professional supporting projects related to exercise planning, emergency management, homeland security, cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, or a related field; preference given to those with experience in homeland security, emergency management, and exercises.\nFoundational knowledge of emergency management, homeland security, or exercise planning principles.\nStrong research, analytical, organizational, and professional writing skills.\nAbility to manage multiple assignments, follow established processes, and meet deadlines.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to review and correct one’s own work.\nProficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.\nAbility to support occasional domestic travel.\nU.S. Citizen with ability to earn a favorable Public Trust clearance and/or DHS Suitability.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with HSEEP doctrine, terminology, and exercise documentation.\nExperience supporting tabletop, workshop, seminar, drill, or functional exercise activities.\nCompletion of relevant Federal Emergency Management Agency or HSEEP training.\nAdditional Information:\nCandidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S. Citizen.\nBased on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs.\nThe salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000.
