For more information, visit cadmusgroup.com.\nResponsibilities\n Lead research design, data collection, data analysis, modeling tool development, and reporting tasks in support of client consulting engagements\nApply statistical and econometric data analysis methods, synthesize and interpret results to assess program and policy impacts, and identify meaningful conclusions and recommendations\nClearly and professionally communicate methods, findings, data sources, and analytical results in technical reports, presentations, dashboards, and data visualizations for a variety of technical and non-technical audiences\nSupport the management of consulting tasks or projects, which may include:o Working collaboratively with project team members and clients to accomplish project goalso Providing clear and consistent communicationo Supporting or leading project budget management, invoicing, project planning, staff and resource managemento Ensuring all deliverables meet Cadmus quality standards, are error-free, on time, and exceed client expectations\nProvide mentorship and technical support to junior staff\nNurture and build client relationships by providing proactive, clear, and consistent communication on project activities, status, findings, challenges, or concerns\nIdentify and develop business development opportunities to expand work with existing clients and advance new work by supporting proposal development\nQualifications\nMA/MS in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or other related quantitative fields with 3-5 years relevant professional experience, OR BA/BS in relevant field with 5-7 years of relevant professional experience\nExperience with data transformation and statistical software programming in R, Python, or Stata\nDemonstrated experience deploying interactive web apps and data visualizations with the use of R-Shiny (or other platforms, such as Flask, DASH, Power BI, or Streamlit)\nExperience with databases and SQL\nDemonstrated experience with inferential statistics, specifically sampling and research design, statistical analysis, and regression analysis\nExcellent written and verbal communications skills\nDesire to grow professionally and take on challenging work assignments\nProficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel\nFamiliarity with or work experience in the energy sector and/or utility industry\nApplied research design experience in professional setting (e.g., consulting)\nAdditional Information:\nCandidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.\nBased on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs.\nThe salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000.
