For more information, visit cadmusgroup.com.\nResponsibilities\nParticipate throughout the Agile software development lifecycle, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, development, testing, deployment, and retrospective activities.\nDesign, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring/Spring Boot.\nDevelop and maintain responsive web applications using Angular, AngularJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.\nDesign and implement RESTful web services and APIs using Spring Boot.\nIntegrate front-end applications with backend services and databases.\nDevelop application components following established coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices.\nWork with relational databases, including SQL Server, and develop efficient SQL queries and database integrations.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application issues across development, test, and production environments.\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to improving application quality, performance, security, and maintainability.\nTranslate functional requirements into technical designs and implementation tasks.\nCollaborate with architects, developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to deliver application enhancements.\nDevelop unit and integration tests and support automated testing activities.\nMaintain and enhance existing and legacy applications while incrementally introducing modern Spring and Angular technologies when they improve maintainability, reliability, or delivery efficiency.\nParticipate in application deployment and production support activities.\nMentor junior developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, application flow diagrams, and implementation guides that support development, deployment, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.\nIdentify and implement improvements that strengthen application performance, reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.\n5+ years of professional software development experience.\n3+ years of hands-on Java/Spring development experience.\n3+ years of Angular/AngularJS development experience.\nExperience working on Agile/Scrum development teams.\nExtensive experience with the Spring ecosystem, including: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data/JPA/Hibernate & REST APIs\nStrong front-end development experience with Angular/AngularJS.\nStrong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.\nExperience developing and consuming RESTful web services.\nExperience with SQL and relational databases, preferably SQL Server.\nExperience with JSON and XML.\nStrong experience with Apache Maven, including pom.xml configuration, dependency management, plugins, profiles, build lifecycle, and packaging/deployment.\nExperience with Git-based source control and collaborative development.\nUnderstanding of software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nExperience with unit testing and automated testing practices.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. \nAbility to obtain a FNS MBI Clearance is required.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with Azure cloud services.\nExperience with Docker and containerized applications.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.\nExperience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.\nAdditional Information:\nCandidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.\nBased on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs.\nThe salary range for this position is $130,000 - $145,000.
