We move fast, experiment continuously, and care about turning powerful technology into products people genuinely want to use.\nWe're looking for a product-minded engineer who uses AI as a core part of how they build, thinks beyond implementation, and takes ownership from identifying a problem to measuring its impact.\nWhat you'll do\nBuild products end-to-end: Turn user problems into intuitive, reliable experiences, from backend services and APIs to frontend interfaces.\nDevelop AI-first: Use coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex to accelerate development, automate workflows, and improve how software is built, tested, and maintained.\nBuild for developers and creators: Develop APIs, integrations, workflows, and creative tools that make complex AI capabilities simple to use.\nOwn the user experience: Understand how people use our products through feedback, PostHog analytics, and behavioral data. Identify friction, experiment, and continuously improve.\nThink in outcomes: Challenge assumptions, prioritize meaningful problems, and measure success through adoption, usability, reliability, and business impact.\nShip and operate: Own features through deployment, monitoring, iteration, and production support.\nImprove how we build: Experiment with agentic workflows, automation, and engineering practices that help the entire team deliver better software.\nWhat we're looking for\nStrong product engineering mindset: You care about why something should exist, who it's for, and whether it solves the problem.\nFull-stack capabilities: Solid experience with Go, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and modern API development.\nAI-native development experience: Practical use of Claude Code, Codex, or similar coding agents beyond basic code generation. You know how to delegate, verify, and integrate AI-generated work.\nStrong engineering fundamentals: You can design maintainable systems, reason about trade-offs, test effectively, and debug production issues.\nUser-driven decision-making: Experience using product analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback to guide improvements.\nOwnership and autonomy: Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and taking responsibility for results.\nClear communication: You collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and business.\nExperience with AWS, distributed systems, observability, and developer platforms is a plus.\nWhat matters here\nProblems over tools. Technology is a means to solve something valuable.\nOutcomes over output. Shipping code isn't success unless it creates value.\nAI as leverage. We expect you to rethink how software is developed, not simply type faster.\nExperience matters. Great functionality should also be intuitive and enjoyable.\nOwnership end-to-end.
