The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in various tasks and projects to gain hands-on experience in HR operations. This position is designed to provide exposure to the various facets of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, training, and other administrative functions.

Recruitment Support:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.

HR Project Support:

• Assist in implementing HR projects (e.g., employee engagement, training programs)
• Track project timelines and deliverables
• Prepare project documentation and reports

Employee Engagement:

• Support the planning and execution of staff engagement activities
• Assist in surveys and feedback collection
• Ensure proper filing (physical and digital)

HR Administration:

• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documents.
• Support various HR projects as assigned.

Key requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree program (Human Resources, Business Administration, organization or industrial psychology, etc.) or any other relevant degree/course from a recognised university
• Must provide an introduction letter from the university and a copy of the student's ID.
• Must provide a partial transcript/testimonial showing current academicscores witha minimum of an upper-second degree.
• Must be available full-time for the duration of the internship period.
• Must write and submit an internship application letter.
