Job Description• Prepare and update monthly reports • Maintain and update internal databases • Support sales planning and forecasting activities • Manage inventory records and coordinate shipping plans for incoming goods • Monitor inventory losses and stock damages • Coordinate with the sales team on order planning and replenishment • Analyze customer feedback, sales trends, and seasonal demand forecasts • Maintain proper documents & filing systems for internal and external partners Job Requirements• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Logistics or relevant field • Experiences of merchandising, inventories, logistics, or sales supports • Excellent analytical skills and numerical skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Teamworking skills • May be required to travel to overseas (valid passport required) • Self-motivated and confident • Willing to work overtime when required • Proficient in Ms.(Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat & AI productivity tools. • Previous merchandising or related experience is an advantage • Good command of English, additional language skills are an advantage Job Skill & Qualifications • Knowledge of inventory management principl
