For more information about Eagle Technologies, visit our webpage at www.eagleaviationtech.com\nSalary: $25-35/hr\nJob Type: Full-time, on-site\nBenefits: 401K, Medical, Dental & Vision\nSummary of Duties & Responsibilities:\nWork closely with the engineering department and production teams to ensure that all assembly operations are completed accurately.\nFollow operating procedures, engineering instructions, and other recognized methods of instruction.\nFamiliarization with assembly, common aircraft hardware, and processes such as drilling, hi-lok fastener installation and removal, blind riveting, and solid riveting.\nPerform assembly of rotor and drive systems for both manned and unmanned aircraft.\nTroubleshoot and solve problems that may arise during assembly.\nUse of a variety of hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.\nClearly document work performed in accord with standard aircraft practices and in compliance with AS9100 procedures.\nOther activities as may be directed.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nStrong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.\nGood math and mechanical aptitude.\nEye for detail and a drive to go above and beyond to ensure products are of the highest quality.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProficiency with various shop equipment including cutting/grinding tools, table saw, band saws, etc.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or engineering drawings.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds required.\nCredentials and Experience\nWill work on government contracts.\nHS Diploma or equivalent required.\nMinimum 10 years’ experience in assembly operations with an understanding of aerospace engineering, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.\nAirframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification or training preferred.\nComposite experience preferred.\nMust be a US Citizen.\nEagle Technologies, LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
