For more information visit our webpage at www.eagleaviationtech.com\nJob Type: Full-time, on-site, a bility to work flexible shifts.\nSalary: $26-$46 per hour depending on experience\nJob Summary: Tests and inspects products at various stages of production process and compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.\nSummary of Duties and Responsibilities:\n Works in accordance to company established quality systems\n Conducts complete first piece inspection to assure process is correct before production run begins. Communicates findings in a respectful and professional manner.\n Interprets engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and confers with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards.\n Selects products for tests at specified stages in production process, and tests products for variety of qualities, such as dimensions, performance, and mechanical, or electrical characteristics.\n Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.\n May set up and perform destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life, or material characteristics. \n May prepare graphs or charts of data or enter data into computer for analysis. \n Ensure that the product or service our organization provides is fit for its purpose and meets customer expectations.\n Running/programming the CMM, Faro arm tracker, and Romer Arm for all inspections required\n Mentoring employees on functionality and running of CMMs\n Other activities as may be directed\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nTeam Player\nAbility to use and read micrometers, calipers, vision systems, CMMs and other measuring equipment. \nStrong analytical skills and the ability to communicate to all levels of the company \nProficient in data collection, analysis and presentation \nExcellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Access and the Internet.\nKnowledge of CMM Manager and Spatial Analyzer (SA) software or equivalent.\nAbility to program and operate CMMs.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics or engineering drawings\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds required.\nCredentials and Experience\nTwo year degree in Engineering or QA discipline preferred or equivalent experience is acceptable\n3 years prior experience in quality assurance desired, a background in manufacturing/R&D a plus\nWill work on government contracts.\nMust be US citizen.\nEagle Technologies, LLC offers a full-time position with full benefits, competitive pay and opportunity to grow within a cutting-edge aerospace company.\nEagle Technologies, LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
