(CNC Lathes & Mills)\n Follow operating procedures, engineering instructions, and other recognized methods of instructions.\n Work collaboratively with management and machinists to develop optimally orchestrated CNC manufacturing plans and corresponding CNC programming\n Gather real time feedback on program performance and collaborate with shop staff to efficiently make program changes as needed. \n Must carefully plan and prepare machine shop manufacturing operations using blueprints or written specifications as the basis to efficiently orchestrate the manufacturing process.\n Uses machine tools (including lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and spindles) to produce precision metal parts of varying design and complexity, and in varying quantities.\n Exercises skill in the planning and documentation of the best sequence of operations for a given part making the best use of equipment and staff available. \n Other activities as may be directed.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\n Team Player\n Must be extremely well versed in the review and manipulation of highly complex 3D CAD Models.\n Familiarity with SolidWorks CAD software is a plus.\n Experience working within a AS9100 or ISO9000 quality system is a plus.\n Expert level skill required in the reading and interpretation of standard engineering drawing formats used in the manufacture of precision aerospace components.\n Professional level working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)\n Expert knowledge of shop practices.\n Knowledge & Understanding of CNC code writing. \n Must be familiar with and skilled in the correct use of precision measuring tools.\n Computer literate\n Detail oriented \n\nCredentials and Experience\n10 years of programming experience desired.\nExpertise in Mastercam with recent application required. \nWill work on government contracts.\nHS Degree or equivalent required.\nMust be a US Citizen\nEagle Technologies, LLC offers a full-time position with full benefits, competitive pay and opportunity to grow within a cutting-edge aerospace company.\nEagle Technologies, LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
