electrical, safety, and regulatory standards.\n\nElectrical, PLC & DCS Systems Reliability\nEnsure maximum availability and reliability of electrical, PLC, and DCS systems with minimal unplanned downtime.\n\nLead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for failures related to PLCs, DCS, HMIs, VFDs, MCCs, and control panels.\n\nEnsure uninterrupted operation of control systems supporting production and utilities.\n\nImprove MTBF and reduce MTTR for electrical and automation systems.\n\n Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Management\nDevelop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical and automation systems.\n\nEnsure timely execution of maintenance plans and shutdown activities.\n\nEstablish maintenance standards, procedures, and checklists for PLC/DCS systems.\n\nEnsure proper spare parts management for critical electrical and automation\n\nAutomation & Continuous Improvement\nLead automation improvement projects, system upgrades, and migrations for PLC and DCS platforms.\n\nOptimize control logic, alarms, and interlocks to improve process stability and safety.\n\nSupport production optimization through improved automation and control strategies.\n\nParticipate in CAPEX projects related to electrical and automation systems.\n\nSafety, Compliance & Standards\nEnsure 100% compliance with electrical safety standards, company policies, and local regulations.\n\nPromote a strong safety culture within the electrical maintenance team.\n\nEnsure risk assessments, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe work practices are implemented.\n\nSupport internal and external audits and close findings in a timely manner.\n\nTeam Leadership & Capability Development\nLead, coach, and develop the electrical maintenance and automation team.\n\nAssess competency gaps and deliver targeted technical training on PLC, DCS, and electrical systems.\n\nEnsure effective coordination with production, utilities, instrumentation, and mechanical teams.\n\nBuild a high-performing, accountable, and engaged team.\n\nPlanning, Budget & Resource Management\nPrepare and manage the electrical maintenance budget and cost control initiatives.\n\nOptimize maintenance costs while maintaining system reliability.\n\nManage contractors and external service providers for specialized automation works.\n\nSupport spare parts strategy and inventory optimization.\n\nDocumentation, Reporting & Digitalization\nEnsure accurate and up-to-date documentation for electrical, PLC, and DCS systems.\n\nMaintain control logic backups, software versions, and change management records.\n\nPrepare and submit maintenance performance reports and KPI dashboards.\n\nSupport digital maintenance systems (CMMS, automation documentation).\n\nRequirements\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.\n\nExperience: Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in electrical maintenance and industrial automation within a manufacturing environment (chemical, industrial, or process manufacturing preferred).\n\nTechnical Expertise:\nStrong hands-on experience with PLC, DCS, HMI programming, and troubleshooting (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, Allen-Bradley, or equivalent).\n\nIn-depth knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Motor Control Centers (MCCs), power distribution, switchgears, and industrial instrumentation.\n\nSolid understanding of control logic, industrial networking, electrical schematics, and single-line diagrams.\n\nMaintenance & Reliability: Proven track record in establishing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, improving OEE, managing MTBF/MTTR, and executing Root Cause Analysis (RCA).\n\nSafety & Compliance: High awareness of electrical safety standards, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures, and industrial HSE regulations.\n\nLeadership & Soft Skills: Strong leadership, team development, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication
