The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a proactive safety culture, driving compliance with local laws and international standards, and minimizing operational risks and hazards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nStrategic Leadership: Develop, implement, and continuously update comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and management systems across all group locations.\n\nRisk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments, HAZOP studies, and safety audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.\n\nRegulatory Compliance: Ensure total compliance with local Egyptian labor laws, environmental regulations, and international standards (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001).\n\nCulture & Training: Drive safety ownership and engagement by designing and implementing behavioral safety training programs for all personnel, including factory blue-collar workers.\n\nIncident Investigation: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for all incidents and near-misses, establishing preventive measures to eliminate recurrence.\n\nPerformance Reporting: Track HSE KPIs, analyze metrics, and deliver monthly performance reports to executive management.\n\nEmergency Response: Establish and maintain robust Emergency Response Plans (ERP) and oversee regular drill simulations.\n\nRequirements\nJob Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a relevant technical discipline.\n\nExperience: 10–12 years of overall experience in HSE within an industrial/manufacturing environment, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial/group leadership role.\n\nCertifications: NEBOSH (IGC or Diploma) and/or OSHA certification is mandatory.
