This role works closely with Development, Project Management, and Commercial teams to safeguard Eagle Hills’ commercial interests, manage contractual risk, and ensure the smooth execution of construction and project-related contracts.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and manage the end-to-end contracting process, from pre-bidding through approvals and execution.\n\nPrepare contract conditions and commercial documentation to support contractor selection and tendering.\n\nDevelop and administer tender and contract documentation through to contract close-out, including variations and issue resolution for design, construction, and other project-related contracts.\n\nEvaluate terms, conditions, proposals, and bids, representing Eagle Hills’ interests throughout the evaluation process.\n\nNegotiate project terms, including scope, schedule, and invoicing, with vendors, contractors, and other external parties.\n\nIdentify potential contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies to senior management.\n\nLead and support claims settlement, dispute resolution, and arbitration proceedings.\n\nReview pre-award tender terms and conditions to identify and mitigate commercial risk, including insurance requirements, bank guarantees, and payment terms.\n\nAdvise project teams on contract conflicts and claims involving contractors and subcontractors, preparing variations and claims as required.\n\nGenerate regular reports on contract and variation status for senior management and relevant stakeholders.\n\nQualifications & Experience:\nEducation & Certification:\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction/development discipline.\n\nExperience:\n4-6 years of experience in contracts management within a real estate development organization.\n\nMinimum 4 years in a management-level role, with 10+ years of overall professional experience.\n\nSkills & Competencies:\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate and advise on commercial and contractual risk at a strategic level.\n\nExcellent negotiation skills, with experience engaging suppliers and contractors at senior levels.\n\nStrong planning and organizational abilities.\n\nEffective stakeholder communication and influencing skills.\n\nResults-driven mindset with a focus on operational excellence.\n\nSound knowledge of contract administration within real estate or construction
