This position has flexibility in choosing which two days, in addition to Wednesday, will be worked in the Silver Spring, MD office.\nResponsibilities\nThe Network Engineer II independently provides support in a predominantly windows environment and assist other team with seamlessly integrate technology to fulfill the needs of the organization. Performs duties that would help navigate all cloud computing needs, including infrastructure design, maintenance, support and planning.\nQualifications\nRequirements:\n5 years previous working experience as a Network Engineer\nBS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field\nCisco certifications, CCNA, CCNP or CCIE\nIn depth knowledge of TCP/IP\nHands on experience with equipment from Cisco\nIntimate cloud computing knowledge of how best to customize applications for the various business units in a secure and efficient manner\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nAnalytical, data driven problem solver\nExperience with SolarWinds monitoring tool\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work independently\nStrong System Cisco administration knowledge.\nFamiliar with Cisco hardware platforms\nExperience with SolarWinds\nPreferences:\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering \nCisco certifications, CCNA or CCNP\n5 years experience as a Network Engineer\nDon't meet all the requirements?
