The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $87,723.00 to $142,254.00. mentor Project Manager I employees as assigned.\nImprove EPMO processes, standards, templates, reporting, and delivery practices.\nRequired for All Jobs\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nComplies with all applicable policies and standards.\nQualifications\nRequirements:\n6 years Independently managing complex, cross-functional projects through the full project lifecycle\n3 years Managing business transformation, operational improvement, or strategic initiatives\nDemonstrated experience managing third-party vendors and coordinating business and technology resources\nPresenting project health, risks, decisions, and recommendations to senior leaders or governance committees\nStrong understanding of project management, governance, and full lifecycle delivery.\nAbility to use predictive, agile, iterative, or hybrid delivery methods based on project needs.\nAbility to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with business and technology stakeholders.\nAbility to translate between business objectives, operational needs, and technical requirements.\nStrong business-analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, acceptance criteria, and traceability.\nWorking knowledge of system implementation, integration, data conversion, testing, deployment, cybersecurity, access, and operational handoff.\nPreferences:\nBachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Project management, business administration, information systems, technology, finance, operations, or a related field.
