LLM（大型语言模型）有深入理解，掌握 Prompt工程、RAG 等大语言模型关键技术，有模型微调或推理部署经验者优先。\n\n3、熟悉 Web 开发技术（python web 或者 golang web)，能够构建功能完善的Web应用。\n\n4、具备企业级AI应用设计与搭建经验，能够实现复杂工作流，有平台二次开发经验者优先。\n\n5、熟悉 Docker、K8S ，有前端开发经验者优先。\n\n6、具备优秀的逻辑思维和问题解决能力，能够独立分析业务需求并将其转化为 AI Agent 的技术实现方案。\n\n7、具备较强的自我驱动力，对 Al Agent、工程化、自动化 和 前沿技术充满热情，能够主动挖掘优化点并推动项目落地。\n\n8、具备良好的沟通能力，能够清晰有效地与非技术人员沟通技术理念和 Agent
