Conditions\nSalary\n国会議員の秘書の給与等に関する法律（平成2年法律第49号）第3条・別表第一（ https://laws.e-gov.go.jp/law/402AC1000000049?occasion_date=20260401 ）に基づき、衆議院から直接支給されます。\n給料月額：368,360〜720,080円\n※勤務地（東京都千代田区）に係る地域手当相当額、業務調整手当を含む\n給料の級・号給は、議員秘書としての在職期間および年齢により\n法定の基準に従って決定されます。\nこのほか、以下の手当が同法に基づき別途支給されます。\n・住居手当（第10条）\n・通勤手当（第11条）\n・期末手当（第14条／年2回：6月・12月）\n・勤勉手当（第15条／年2回：6月・12月）\n※給与の額は法律の規定により決定されるものであり、採用議員・事務所の裁量による変更はありません。\n※地域手当の支給割合は、法令改正により変動する場合があります。\nLocation\n衆議院議員会館（東京都千代田区永田町）\n配属議員により異なります。\n・衆議院第一議員会館（永田町2-2-1）\n・衆議院第二議員会館（永田町2-1-2）\n国会審議・委員会の日程に応じて勤務場所が変動することがあります。\n※本募集では、地元事務所（選挙区）での勤務は対象外です。\nJob Type\n特別職国家公務員（公設秘書）\nWork hours\n所定勤務時間：9:00〜18:00（休憩60分）\n国会の審議日程に準じるため、国会会期中は変動することがあります。\n注意事項\n採用について\n本募集は特別職国家公務員（公設秘書）のポジションです。\nチームみらいに所属する衆議院議員が採用し、衆議院議長へ届け出ます。\n選考において議員との面接を実施し、最終的な採用判断は議員が行います。\n採用資格要件（法定）\n国会議員の秘書の給与等に関する法律第20条の2の規定により、下記の方はご応募いただけません。\n・採用時点で満65歳以上の方\n・採用議員の配偶者の方\n兼職について\n公設秘書は原則として兼職が禁止されていますが、職務の遂行に支障がないと議員が認める場合は、許可を受けて兼職することができます（秘書給与法第21条の2）。\n雇用の継続について\n公設秘書の雇用は採用議員の在任を前提とします。衆議院の解散または議員の任期満了により退職となりますが、任期満了・解散後40日以内に再び議員の公設秘書となった場合は在職継続とみなされます（秘書給与法第12条・第14条）。\nProbation period\nなし ※公設秘書は国会議員の申出により衆議院議長へ届け出ることで
