nspect and receive completed electrical works from the Site Execution Department, including electrical power systems and low-current (ELV) systems, ensuring compliance with approved shop drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
Review executed electrical works to verify proper installation, compliance with applicable electrical codes, and adherence to approved project requirements.
Coordinate with the Site Execution Department and other engineering disciplines (Civil, Architectural, and Mechanical) to ensure proper integration of electrical works and identify potential conflicts.
Conduct internal quality inspections and verify completed works against approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and project quality procedures.
Identify and report non-conformities, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and follow up on corrective actions with the execution team until satisfactory closure.
Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs/WIRs) to project consultants, coordinate site inspections, and obtain the required approvals.
Follow up on consultants' comments and coordinate with the execution team to ensure timely rectification and successful re-inspection.
Inspect electrical materials and equipment delivered to the site, verifying compliance with approved Material Submittals, technical specifications, and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).
Review and witness electrical testing and inspection activities, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, approved procedures, and project requirements.
Prepare periodic QA/QC reports covering inspection status, approvals, non-conformities, corrective actions, and outstanding quality issues.
Maintain accurate and organized quality records, inspection reports, testing documentation, and consultant approvals.
Reject non-compliant electrical works during internal inspections and coordinate corrective actions before submission for consultant approval.
