report non-conformities, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and follow up on corrective actions with the execution team until satisfactory closure.\n\nPrepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs/WIRs) to project consultants, coordinate site inspections, and obtain the required approvals.\n\nFollow up on consultants' comments and coordinate with the execution team to ensure timely rectification and successful re-inspection.\n\nInspect electrical materials and equipment delivered to the site, verifying compliance with approved Material Submittals, technical specifications, and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).\n\nReview and witness electrical testing and inspection activities, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, approved procedures, and project requirements.\n\nPrepare periodic QA/QC reports covering inspection status, approvals, non-conformities, corrective actions, and outstanding quality issues.\n\nMaintain accurate and organized quality records, inspection reports, testing documentation, and consultant approvals.\n\nReject non-compliant electrical works during internal inspections and coordinate corrective actions before submission for consultant approval.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.\n\nMinimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical construction projects, preferably in an Electrical QA/QC role.\n\nPrevious experience in MEP contracting companies, residential compounds, commercial buildings, or large-scale construction projects is preferred.\n\nProven experience in inspecting electrical installations and handing over completed works to project consultants.\n\nElectrical power distribution systems, including LV panels, cables, cable trays, conduits, earthing, and lighting systems.\n\nExtra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems, including fire alarm, CCTV, data networks, access control, and other low-current systems.\n\nElectrical testing and inspection procedures, including insulation resistance, continuity, and earthing tests.\n\nQA/QC documentation, including Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).\n\nAutodesk Revit MEP: Basic knowledge is preferred.\n\nAutodesk Navisworks: Familiarity with model review and coordination is an advantage.\n\nDocument Management Systems (Aconex / Procore or equivalent): Previous experience is an
