Ensure customer satisfaction through improving the quality and system effectiveness. Continuous follow up on KPIs for all running systems Develop RFP/RFQ for VAS investments in alignment with company strategy. Preparing Committees reports including vendor evaluation and providing the best recommendation to the Top Management to support in decision Taking Running the business in conformance with company security policies Set up and operate framework to measure and report Product & Service with continuous follow up on KPIs and KQIs for launched P&S. Lead Product & Services project management methodologies across the Technical department, and introduce comprehensive KPIs to cover different reporting levels.
