Aware of SLAs, KPIs & QEFs\nof subcontractors.\n Managing technicians as well as third parties' technical teams.\nLanguage Proficiency:\n Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.\nProblem Solving:\n Efficient capability in dealing with emergency situations and managing urgent inquiries\nwith flexibility on daily basis.\nInnovation:\n Implement new maintenance policies and enhance the existing SLAs.\nSkills & Abilities:\n Cross team collaboration, Strong negotiation, persuasion & analytical skills, Strong\ntechnical skills, High problem solving and decision making skills, High customer focus &\npresentation skills\n PC Knowledge: MS Office, AutoCAD, MS project.\nQUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE\nProject management certificate, PMP, Construction management\nEXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL\n5 to 10 years in the operation & maintenance\nEXPERIENCE_DESIRABLE\nN/A\nCERTIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL\nN/A\nQUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL\nBsc.
