ensure meeting of company travel policy.\nResponsible for configuring modems, routers, any other required equipment and testing them to ensure proper hardware operation.\nManage field technicians during the installation process at the central and customer site to ensure proper work steps are done by the tech.\nManage solving any obstacles that may delay the installation process. \nUpdate concerned teams by any extra requirements of the customer to ensure that his requirements are totally met.\nWork closely with customer during activation phase for his router configuration & troubleshoot for any problem. \nResponsible for testing the proper activation of 3G SIMs and Perform the troubleshooting procedures to diagnose any problem with the concerned team.\nWork with Etisalat technical teams for installing and activating customers’ wireless connections. \nResponsible for testing the proper activation of wireless connections and Perform the troubleshooting procedures to diagnose any problem with the concerned team \nEnsure receiving installation reports signed by the customer to keep updated records of all orders that were fulfilled and upload them on system.\nUpdate system with accurate technical data and close installed orders.\nPay customer visit at project closure to deliver the whole project to the customer.\nMake site surveys and suggest the requirements for
