implementation methodology (AIM) formats in order to prepare the setup document or providing directions to the ERP development team in case of customization.Implement the ERP business requirements as much as possible within the Oracle E-business suite platform in order to increase the ROI of the applications.Provide end to end ERP project management starting from the requirements gathering to the deployment to ensure successful fulfillment of the ERP demands.Manage the business requirements within the agreed cost and schedule in order to achieve business users’ satisfactionRaise any issues or risks might be encountered during the project to the direct manager to take the corrective action so that the requirements will be fulfilled on timeDevelop the testing Scenarios (test script) and Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) so that the solution will meet the business users’ expectationsPrepare the technical documents and conduct handover session(s) that are required by the ERP support team to perform successful and smooth deployment of the new projects or changes.Act as a second level support for the implemented ERP solutions and applications to ensure ERP operations’ continuity.Manage the IT business cycle of the required changes on the ERP platform so that changes will be successfully implemented without affecting the running operations.Supervise the ERP outsourcing staff to ensure timely and quality delivery of business requirements and increase the utilization of the allocated resources.Adhere to the IT policies and procedures during the projects,
