岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责数据系统核心模块的测试方案设计与执行，覆盖功能测试、接口测试与全链路验证

2、负责复杂业务场景测试，包括多模块联调、数据链路验证，保障系统稳定性与数据准确性

3、通过SQL/Python进行数据分析验证，识别业务数据中的潜在问题

4、推动自动化测试体系建设与维护，持续提升测试效率

5、参与需求评审，驱动所负责业务的质量提升和效率优化

6、利用AI辅助测试方案设计、脚本编写与问题定位，提升质量保障效能

7、承接测试团队质量与效率OKR，推动落地

任职要求 / Requirements

1、具备接口测试能力和复杂业务测试经验，能独立设计和执行测试方案

2、SQL熟练，具备Python数据分析能力

3、有自动化测试实践经验

4、业务理解能力强，具备复盘思考和快速学习能力

5、具备AI Native的测试方法，能利用AI辅助脚本编写、数据分析和问题定位

6、中台ToB系统测试经验优先

1、有带人经验或明确的团队管理意愿

2、有全链路质量保障实践经验

3、具备统计学基础，理解AB实验等数据驱动业务的验证方法
