AWS & GCP 混合云环境管理\na. 负责 AWS ECS 容器化环境及相关云基础设施的规划、部署、日常维护和持续优化，确保线上服务的高可用性。\nb. 参与 AWS 多账号环境的身份权限、网络安全、凭证管理、资源配置和操作审计建设，推动云上高风险问题的发现与治理。\nc. 协同数据、安全及业务团队维护 GCP BigQuery 等数据仓库相关基础设施，保障数据传输加密、访问权限、服务账号与密钥管理及访问日志审计。\n2. CI/CD 与 DevSecOps 建设\na. 基于 Jenkins 优化 CI/CD 流水线，完善从代码、构建、测试、安全检查、制品管理到部署、验证和回滚的交付链路。\nb. 编写和维护 Jenkins Shared Libraries 及标准流水线模板，推动不同项目的发布流程、环境管理和生产权限逐步标准化。\nc. 集成代码质量、依赖漏洞、敏感信息及镜像安全扫描能力，推动安全要求融入研发和交付过程，并协同研发团队完成问题治理。\n3. 运维自动化与平台能力建设\n使用 Python 开发云资源治理、合规检查、数据处理和日常运维工具，提升运维效率和治理能力。\n4. 基础设施即代码（IaC）\na. 使用 Terraform 管理 AWS 及相关 GCP 云资源，建设安全、可复用的基础设施模块。\nb. 推动基础设施变更通过代码管理和评审完成，使变更过程可审查、可追踪，并具备必要的恢复和重建能力。\nc. 持续改进 Terraform 状态管理、模块版本管理和配置漂移治理。\n5. 可观测性与运行保障\na. 完善云基础设施和容器环境的监控、日志与告警能力，支持生产问题定位和影响分析。\nb. 参与容量管理、故障处理、备份恢复及灾难恢复能力建设，提升重要基础设施的可恢复能力。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n职位要求\n1. 云平台经验\na. 3年以上 DevOps、云基础设施或平台工程相关经验，具备扎实的 AWS 实践能力。\nb. 熟悉 ECS、EC2、IAM、VPC、负载均衡、及 CloudWatch 等 AWS 核心服务，具备生产环境建设和问题处理经验。\nc. 具备云安全实践经验，熟悉 Security Hub、GuardDuty、WAF、KMS、CloudTrail 等相关服务，理解云上身份权限、网络安全、凭证和审计体系。\nd. 熟悉 GCP 基础能力及 BigQuery 安全配置，了解 IAM、Service Account、Dataset/Table 权限模型、密钥管理和审计日志。\n2. 编程与自动化能力\n熟练使用 Python，能够使用 Boto3 等 SDK 开发运维自动化、云资源治理和合规检查工具，具备良好的代码质量和问题排查能力。\n3.
