# AI Builder - Senior Software Engineer

Description About the team Builder Experience (BX) is a new team at Earnix with one goal: make our Product and Engineering organization fully AI-native. Earnix is the first AI company purpose-built for insurance decisioning, and we want the way we build to be as advanced as what we build. BX does three things: Builds the paved path, the shared AI infrastructure our teams build on: agent harness, orchestration, model access, integrations with our internal systems, evaluation and observability. Product and engineering teams build their own agents and skills on top of it. Sets the standards for how we build with AI, from writing a spec to merging a pull request. Teaches and multiplies: workshops, office hours, pairing with teams, and a network of champions in every engineering team and product group. The team is small on purpose.
