SA owns the company-wide system automation platform: the system, correctness and performance tests, and the pipelines that run them, across Earnix products and a rich technology stack.\nOur current focus is scale and performance. We test the limits of the system, benchmark it against realistic, large-scale workloads, and catch performance regressions before every release. We're also turning that expertise into a platform, with frameworks, tooling and know-how that let product teams write and run system tests themselves. You'll work closely with developers, architects, product managers, QA and DevOps engineers, and you'll help shape both the tests and the platform.\nWhat you'll do:\nDesign, build and evolve the SA platform: the frameworks, tooling and CI pipelines that run system, correctness and performance tests across Earnix products.\nPlan and run system-limitations testing to find where the product breaks under data volume, concurrency and load, and turn the findings into clear, actionable results.\nBuild and maintain performance benchmarks on realistic workloads, and run them on to catch regressions early.\nMake it easy for product teams to own their system tests by creating reusable building blocks, documentation and examples, and by coaching engineers through knowledge-sharing sessions.\nAnalyze results with developers and architects to pinpoint bottlenecks and drive fixes.\nUse AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflows to speed up test creation and maintenance, and keep up with what's changing in automation and performance engineering.\nRequirements\nYou'll do it using:\n3+ years of experience in automation or software development, with strong focus on server-side with Python\nHands-on experience building test frameworks or test infrastructure, not only writing test cases\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar), Git and Docker\nExperience with AWS and Linux environments\nHands-on experience with AI-powered development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills\nAdvantage:\nExperience with performance and load testing tools (e.g. Locust, JMeter, k6)\nExperience with Kubernetes (preferably EKS)\nExperience with metrics and observability tools (e.g. Grafana, Prometheus) for analyzing system behavior under load\nExperience generating test data at scale\nBackground in mathematics or statistics, for analyzing benchmark results\nYou'll excel by:\nBringing strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and digging into the data until you find the root cause\nThinking at the system level, beyond individual components\nWorking independently and owning outcomes end to end as a fast learner who gets things done\nCommunicating clearly and enjoying helping other engineers succeed with the tools you build\nBeing resourceful, creative and pragmatic\nPosition Intro\nEarnix is the first AI company purpose-built for insurance decisioning, providing the industry with the intelligence, governance, and decisioning agility to drive profitable growth, improve resilience, and operate with speed and precision in a rapidly changing risk environment.
