From our website and landing pages to digital advertising, social media campaigns, email, and motion content, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand is experienced online around the world, while also extending that identity into events, presentations, and day-to-day business needs.\nThis is an ideal opportunity for a designer who combines a strong creative vision with exceptional digital execution and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nServe as the lead designer across the organisation, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence across all channels, with a primary focus on digital.\nBring the Earnix visual identity to life in new, compelling, and innovative ways.\nLead the design development across digital experiences, paid media, and customer experiences, and support global events and experiential marketing programs.\nDesign and develop assets with a digital-first approach, including:\n· Website assets and landing pages\n· Digital advertising and paid media creative\n· Social media campaigns\n· Email and content marketing assets\n· Motion graphics, animation, and short-form video\n· Presentations and executive communications\n· Sales and marketing collateral\n· Internal communications materials\n· Event branding and environments (supporting)\nDesign and prototype user-centred web and digital experiences in Figma, including page templates, UI components, and interactive elements, in partnership with web and marketing technology teams.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into engaging visual concepts and creative solutions.\nIdentify opportunities to evolve and strengthen the visual expression of the Earnix brand while maintaining consistency and scalability.\nSupport the development and stewardship of brand guidelines, design standards, and a scalable digital design system with reusable templates and components.\nStay current on digital design, UX, motion, and emerging technology trends, including AI-assisted design tools, to continuously bring fresh ideas and innovation to the organisation.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work on deadline.\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For\n8+ years of experience in digital design, web design, visual design, brand design, or creative services.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating excellence across digital, web, social, and motion design, with additional experience in brand, event, and experiential design.\nExceptional visual design skills, including typography, layout, color, composition, and storytelling.\nDeep understanding of how brands come to life across digital, web, social, and emerging channels, as well as experiential environments.\nHands-on experience designing websites, landing pages, and UI components, with a working knowledge of UX principles.\nProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), plus experience with motion and video tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.\nStrong understanding of digital marketing channels, audience engagement, and content performance, including using analytics and A/B testing to inform creative decisions.\nAbility to think strategically about brand expression while executing at a high level of creative craft.\nExperience designing presentations and executive-level communications.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize competing requests, and manage projects from concept through execution.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nExperience designing for events, conferences, trade shows, or experiential activations is a plus.\nWhat Sets You Apart\nYou have a strong creative point of view and can translate ideas into impactful visual experiences.\nYou are passionate about building brands and creating memorable customer experiences.\nYou excel at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.\nYou are energized by finding innovative ways to express a brand across digital channels and audiences.\nYou bring curiosity, creativity, and a continuous-improvement mindset to your work.\nYou understand how design influences perception, engagement, and business outcomes.\nWhy Join Earnix?\nYou'll have the opportunity to shape and influence a global brand during an exciting phase of growth.
