This is a mid-level, hands-on role for an individual with prior experience in inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical or technical systems within a production or quality-driven environment.\nThe Quality Control Technician will play an active role in ensuring product quality, identifying issues, and supporting continuous improvement within the QC process. This position requires independent problem-solving, strong documentation skills, and consistent adherence to quality standards.\nResponsibilities\nInspect, test, and validate electrical systems and components as part of the QC process\nPerform functional and diagnostic testing using appropriate testing equipment\nIndependently troubleshoot and resolve product or system issues\nIdentify trends or recurring issues and escalate as needed\nEnsure products meet established quality standards and specifications\nFollow established QC workflows while contributing to process improvements\nCollaborate with QC leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain quality objectives\nRequirements\nWho You Are\nA detail-oriented, hands-on technical professional who values precision, consistency, and product quality\nComfortable working independently while following established processes and quality standards\nSkilled at troubleshooting, testing, and validating mechanical or electrical systems in real-world environments\nAnalytical and methodical in your approach to identifying issues and determining root causes\nCommitted to thorough documentation, accurate reporting, and clear communication\nCollaborative by nature, working effectively with engineers, production teams, and QC leadership\nMotivated by contributing to reliable, high-performance products used on large-scale, real-world projects\nAdaptable and energized by a fast-paced, production-driven environment focused on continuous improvement\nRequirements\n2-5 years of experience in a Quality Control, inspection, or technical testing role\nWorking knowledge of electrical systems and testing procedures\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nHigh attention to detail with the ability to work independently\nExperience with documentation, reporting, and quality records\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment\nBenefits\nWhat We Offer\nAt EarthCam, we believe great work starts with feeling supported, valued, and inspired.
