This role is responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial qualification and phone screens, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.\nThis is a mid-level recruiting role best suited for someone with 3+ years of recruiting or staffing experience who is highly organized, responsive, process-driven, and comfortable managing recruiting activity in a fast-paced environment.\nThis role is focused primarily on candidate sourcing, screening, pipeline management, interview coordination, and recruiting operations support. Compensation negotiations, final offer strategy, and higher-level hiring decisions are handled by senior recruiting leadership and Talent Acquisition Management.\nResponsibilities\nManage sourcing activity for assigned requisitions\nConduct candidate qualification and phone screens independently\nMaintain healthy recruiting pipelines aligned with hiring timelines\nCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers\nPartner with hiring managers on candidate flow and interview scheduling\nTrack pipeline progress and maintain recruiting activity updates\nReduce candidate no-show rates through strong communication and follow-up\nMaintain ATS accuracy and recruiting documentation quality\nSupport candidate communication throughout the interview process\nAssist with recruiting campaigns, sourcing initiatives, and hiring events\nMaintain candidate pipeline continuity across open requisitions\nContribute to recruiting workflow organization and process improvements\nRequirements\nWho You Are\nOrganized, proactive, and highly responsive\nStrong communicator with professional follow-up skills\nComfortable speaking with candidates by phone daily\nAble to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously\nStrong attention to detail and recruiting process organization\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment\nTeam-oriented with a strong sense of accountability\nQualifications\n3+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition support experience\nExperience conducting candidate sourcing and qualification screens\nFamiliarity with ATS platforms and recruiting workflows\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nExperience coordinating interviews and managing recruiting pipelines\nAbility to maintain professionalism and urgency in a fast-paced environment\nBachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, or related field\nBenefits\nWhat We Offer\nAt EarthCam, we believe great work starts with feeling supported, valued, and inspired.
