What you'll do
Own complex data migrations from legacy EHRs and billing systems, end to end
Embed with providers and learn how their practices actually run
Map tangled customer problems into scoped, buildable work
Write real software that ships to production - not prototypes, not decks
Build side by side with product engineers on our most complex features
Bring the field back with you: what you learn shapes the roadmap
What we're looking for
A strong engineer who wants to be in front of customers, not shielded from them
Dangerous with messy data, legacy systems, and ambiguous problems
Product instincts: you know what to build, not just how
You can hold a room with clinicians, billers, and executives
A bias toward shipping and getting things in front of users
Hunger for ownership and big scope
Willingness to work hard on problems that matter
Bonus
You've migrated data off legacy EHRs or other gnarly enterprise systems
Founder or 0-to-1 startup experience
