The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing our\ndevelopment and deployment processes, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.\nResponsibilities:\n1. Infrastructure as Code (IaC):\nUtilize Terraform to define and deploy infrastructure components efficiently.\nMaintain and enhance infrastructure code to meet evolving project requirements.\n2. Container Orchestration:\nImplement and manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration.\nEnsure the scalability, availability, and security of containerized applications.\n3. Cloud Services:\nWork with AWS servicesto design, deploy, and manage scalable and reliable cloud\ninfrastructure.\nOptimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency and performance.\n4. ContinuousIntegration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):\nConfigure and manage Jenkins pipelinesfor automated build, test, and deployment\nprocesses.\nCollaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD workflows.\n5. API Gateway:\nDesign, implement, and manage API Gateway solutions for secure and efficient\ncommunication between services, preferably AWS API Gateway\nEnsure API Gateway configurations align with security and performance standards.\n6. Monitoring and Logging:\nImplement monitoring solutions using tools such as Elasticsearch, Logstash.\nSet up logging mechanisms to facilitate troubleshooting and analysis of system\nbehavior.\n7. Security and Compliance:\nCollaborate with the security team to implement and maintain best practices for\nsecurity in infrastructure and applications.\nEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulations.\n8. Collaboration and Communication:\nWork closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators,\nand operations, to achieve project goals.\nCommunicate effectively with team members and stakeholdersto share progress and\naddress challenges.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\nMinnimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS, API Gateway,\nJenkins, and Elasticsearch.\nStrong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python. Go) for automation tasks.\nKnowledge of best practices in CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure management.\nFamiliarity with security principles and practices in a DevOps environment.\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a DevOps Engineer to contribute to cutting-edge\nprojects and play a crucial role in the continuous improvement of our development and\ndeployment processes.
