The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance management. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, designing policies and processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring adherence to organizational goals. This role involves collaborating with leadership to address workforce needs, addressing employee grievances, and facilitating training and development programs.\nLocation: Mumbai (Andheri)\nRole: Recruitment - 50%;
