Location: Pune, India Key Responsibilities:\nAdminister and maintain Linux servers (Ubuntu Pro or RHEL-based) in production and staging environments.\n\nSetup, configure, and secure SFTP, SAMBA, and NFS services for file sharing and data integration use cases.\n\nInstall, configure, and tune Apache Tomcat and Nginx for high-performance web and application hosting.\n\nPerform OS hardening, patch management, and automation using scripting tools or config management.\n\nManage user accounts, permissions, firewalls, system logs, and process monitoring.\n\nTroubleshoot performance, connectivity, and service issues across infrastructure layers.\n\nRequired Skills:\nProven experience in Linux system administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu Pro).\n\nStrong understanding of SFTP, SAMBA, NFS setups including access control and security best practices.\n\nSolid hands-on with Tomcat (deployment, server.xml tuning, WAR file deployment) and Nginx (reverse proxy, load balancing, SSL termination).\n\nDeep understanding of file systems, systemd, networking (iptables, netplan/network manager), and basic kernel tuning.\n\nCloud & DevOps (AWS):\nHands-on experience with key AWS services:\n\nEC2 - provisioning, SSH access, EBS volumes\n\nVPC - subnets, route tables, security groups\n\nELB - configuring Application and Network Load Balancers\n\nIAM - roles, policies, and cross-account access\n\nS3 - storage management, bucket policies, lifecycle\n\nEFS - setup and mount configuration\n\nRoute 53 - DNS setup and troubleshooting\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with automation tools (Bash, Ansible, or Terraform)\n\nExposure to monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch)\n\nCertifications (Optional but Preferred):\nRHCSA or RHCE\n\nAWS Certified SysOps Administrator or Solutions Architect -
