using AWS CloudWatch, Kibana dashboards, Elastic APM, and Percona Monitoring and Management (PMM).\nMonitor and respond to alerts received via Google Chat, alerting systems, and monitoring tools.\nIdentify infrastructure, application, database, and API performance issues proactively.\nPerform initial triage, categorize incidents based on severity, impact, and urgency.\nIncident Management & Response\nAct as the first line of response for production alerts and incidents.\nFollow defined incident response playbooks and escalation procedures.\nEscalate incidents to appropriate engineering, DevOps, or database teams as per SLA.\nTrack incidents through closure and ensure proper documentation in incident tracking systems.\nAssist in incident resolution validation and service restoration monitoring.\nLog Monitoring & Analysis\nMonitor application and infrastructure logs using Kibana.\nIdentify anomalies, error patterns, unusual traffic behavior, and system degradation.\nSupport root cause analysis by providing relevant logs, timelines, and observations.\nApplication Performance Monitoring (APM)\nMonitor application performance metrics using Elastic APM including latency, throughput, and error rates.\nIdentify performance degradation, bottlenecks, and abnormal system behavior.\nNotify engineering teams of performance anomalies and assist in validation post-resolution.\nDatabase Monitoring\nMonitor database health, query performance, replication status, and resource utilization using Percona Monitoring and Management.\nIdentify database performance degradation, high load, slow queries, and availability issues.\nEscalate database-related risks and anomalies promptly.\nSecurity & Vulnerability Monitoring\nMonitor vulnerability reports from NST Assure and Snyk platforms.\nIdentify newly reported vulnerabilities and notify security and engineering teams.\nTrack remediation progress and follow up on pending vulnerabilities.\nAssist in maintaining security hygiene across infrastructure and applications.\nOperational Excellence\nMaintain shift handover reports and operational summaries.\nDocument incidents, alerts, resolutions, and operational observations.\nFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational runbooks.\nSupport operational readiness, reliability, and uptime objectives.\nEmployment
