You will work closely with maintenance technicians, production teams, and process engineers to improve equipment availability and reduce breakdowns.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop preventive maintenance plans and coordinate daily maintenance and repairs with onsite technicians.\n\nReview equipment manuals and technical drawings, prepare repair plans, and support troubleshooting.\n\nInvestigate equipment failures and implement improvements to reduce unplanned downtime.\n\nWork with production and process engineering teams on equipment setup, adjustments, and improvements.\n\nCoordinate suppliers and service providers, maintain equipment records, and support customer audits.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nAt least five years of relevant experience in industrial equipment engineering or maintenance.\n\nPractical knowledge of production equipment, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.\n\nAbility to read technical drawings and coordinate maintenance activities.\n\nA relevant technical qualification or equivalent practical experience.\n\nGood teamwork, safety awareness, and English communication skills.\n\nExperience in battery materials, powder processing, or chemical manufacturing is an advantage, as is knowledge of automation and electrical systems.
