You will monitor and control both the CAM production process and the key supporting utility and environmental systems.\nAs the plant operates 24/7/365, the position requires working in a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProduction & Process Control\nMonitor and control the CAM production process from the control room using DCS/SCADA systems.\n\nFollow key process parameters, production performance, quality, and process trends.\n\nIdentify process deviations, analyze causes, and initiate corrective actions.\n\nUtilities & Environmental Processes\nMonitor and control key supporting systems, including compressed air, process and DEMI water, cooling and chilled water, wastewater, off-gas, and scrubber systems.\n\nMonitor system performance and consumption and react to operational deviations.\n\nSafety, Quality & Performance\nMonitor production volumes, quality, raw material, energy, and utility consumption.\n\nIdentify and investigate process, safety, and quality deviations and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.\n\nSupport safe, stable, efficient, and quality-focused production.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nAnalyze process performance and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, stability, and resource consumption.\n\nApply Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, statistical analysis, and root cause analysis where applicable.\n\nFollow up and report production KPIs, deviations, improvement actions, and achieved results.\n\nWhat We Expect from You:\nRelevant technical degree, preferably in Chemical, Process, Energy, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.\n\nPrevious experience in the chemical process industry or another continuous process industry.\n\nPractical experience in control room operations and DCS/SCADA-based process control.\n\nExperience in monitoring and analyzing process parameters, production performance, quality, and consumption.\n\nStrong safety- and quality-oriented mindset, preferably with experience in investigating process, safety, or quality deviations and implementing corrective actions.\n\nExperience with industrial utilities, Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, statistical analysis, or continuous improvement is considered an advantage.\n\nAnalytical and hands-on approach with the ability to make fact-based decisions based on process data.\n\nGood communication and collaboration skills in an international industrial environment.\n\nPreferred Industrial Background:\nWe particularly value experience from continuous process industries, such as chemical, petrochemical, mining, metals, pulp and paper, energy, or battery materials.\nThe position focuses on monitoring, controlling, troubleshooting, and improving complex industrial processes rather than discrete manufacturing, assembly, or conventional production-line operations.\nIf you are interested, please leave you application by applying for the position.
