In this role, you will support the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety across our operations. Working under the guidance of experienced engineers, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and R&D to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement innovative solutions.\nThis position plays a key role in supporting automotive product processes, equipment, and tooling while ensuring compliance with company and customer standards. You will assist in monitoring process performance, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to process enhancements that drive productivity and reduce waste.\nResponsibilities\nProvide Engineering support to Manufacturing, Quality, H&S, Sales, Costing, and Maintenance on Automotive products, equipment, and tooling.\nPrepare and deliver information, technical reports, and presentations to management, customers, vendors, and technical partners.\nContribute to concept generation and ideation processes.\nMaintain and protect the confidentiality of proprietary information.\nPerform other duties which may become essential to the position.\nParticipate in regular technical reviews throughout all phases of a project.\nInteract with production and engineering at all levels.\nTravel worldwide for the company as required (possibly up to ~25%)\nAssist Engineers to interface with internal and external customers to develop new processes.\nCreate, maintain, and update published technical information.\nSupport other Process Engineering personnel as needed.\nRepresent East Penn as a technical interface with Equipment Suppliers.\nSupport daily operations of the existing manufacturing processes and equipment.\nAssist in tracking the performance of processes to ensure the process’ ability to fulfill EPM and customer performance and safety requirements.\nQualifications\nExperience & Qualifications\nTypically, with less than 5 years of Engineering experience.\nFamiliarity with the battery construction process preferred.\nEducation/Certification\nBachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering or scientific discipline.\nSkills & Competencies\nRequired:\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills\nProject
