Working collaboratively with ITS staff and functional stakeholders, the position translates business and technical requirements into reliable, secure, and efficient solutions across Ellucian Student, Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM/ERP, and related systems.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities \nKnowledge of cloud computing service models, including Software as a Service (SaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Platform as a Service (PaaS).\nKnowledge of React and C# within the .NET framework.\nKnowledge of and skill in using GraphQL and SQL to access, query, and manage data along with scripting of basic complexity.\nProficiency with version control systems, preferably GIT.\nDemonstrated experience developing web-based applications.\nSkill in using API clients and testing tools, such as Postman or Bruno, to test, troubleshoot, and validate integrations.\nAbility to independently investigate, analyze, and resolve technical issues with initiative and sound judgment.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.\nAbility to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing operational needs. \nRequired Qualifications \nBachelor’s degree in Computing, Engineering, or related field and one (1) year of relevant work experience.\nPreferred Qualifications \nExperience with Oracle Integration Cloud.\nExperience with configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud environments (specifically HCM and ERP).\nExperience with configuration of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM, formerly Hyperion).\nExperience with Ellucian Banner products.\nExperience with UNIX/Linux based operating systems.\nDemonstrated experience with shell scripting of basic complexity.\nCompensation & Benefits\nJob Family - IT Administrator/Analyst 1\nMarket Range: 8 (Salary Schedules)\nFor information on benefits please visit www.etsu.edu/human-resources/benefits/.\nApplication Instructions\nExempt positions are only required to be posted for a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days.
