Обязанности
- Управление проектами внедрения и доработки решений на платформе 1С (1С:ERP, 1С:УТ, 1С:Бухгалтерия, Appius, 1С:ЗУП и др.)
- Формирование и согласование планов проекта, бюджета, сроков и ресурсов
- Координация команды разработчиков, аналитиков и консультантов 1С
- Взаимодействие с заказчиком: сбор и анализ требований, презентация решений, управление ожиданиями
- Контроль качества выполняемых работ и соответствия результатов техническому заданию
- Управление рисками проекта, разрешение конфликтных ситуаций
- Ведение проектной документации (уставы, планы, отчёты о статусе)
- Приёмо-сдаточные испытания и запуск систем в промышленную эксплуатацию
- Постпроектное сопровождение и контроль SLA
Требования
- Опыт управления проектами на платформе 1С от 2-3 лет
- Знание методологий управления проектами (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK и т.д.)
- Понимание архитектуры и функциональности конфигураций 1С (ERP, Бухгалтерия, ЗУП, Документооборот )
- Опыт работы с командой разработчиков и аналитиков от 5 человек
- Навыки ведения переговоров и презентации решений на уровне руководителей заказчика
- Опыт составления и контроля бюджета проекта
- Приветствуется сертификация PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master или сертификаты 1С
- Высшее техническое/экономическое образование
Условия
- Официальное трудоустройство согласно Трудовому кодексу Республики Узбекистан
- Конкурентная заработная плата (обсуждается по итогам собеседования)
