Must be willing to travel to the Manchester area.\nResponsibilities:\nWork directly with the Program Manager to assist in reviewing, monitoring and participating in the development, implementation and monitoring of program goals.\nAct as a Peer Guide for assigned new Direct Support Associates (DSA) which includes providing on the job training and program orientation with assigned DSA\nMaintaining and documenting contact with assigned DSA for a minimum of six months\nConsistently demonstrate professionalism, exceptional customer service, and positive demeanor\nElevate any positive feedback and/or concerns to supervisor. \nAssist with preparation and compliance of required documentation as requested by supervisor\nPerform direct support responsibilities as necessary including personal care and transportation.\n Qualifications:\nAssociates Degree in Human Services or related field and (1) year of Direct Support experience OR a High School Diploma or equivalent and two years of Direct Support experience\nMust have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance for transportation requirements. \nCompensation: $21 Hourly\nHours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday 9a-5p\nWhat’s in it for you?
