The Receptionist will greet all visitors and process inquiries on the phone and face-to-face. Provide overall office support. \n\nQualifications:\nHigh School education\nTwo (2) years of business college or equivalent education and secretarial experience preferred\nKnowledge of office methods, practices and operation of standard office equipment\nProficiency in computer applications such as word processing, typing, verbal and organizational skills preferred\nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation\nEssential Responsibilities:\nGreet and announce visitors.\nTriage incoming phone calls and direct inquires to the appropriate department, team member or resource. \nOpen all incoming mail and other correspondence and distribute to departments/programs.\nPostmark all outgoing mail for departments/programs.\nAssist Development/Communications with printing jobs.\nQuality control check scanned Accounts Payable entries.\nNotify employees of deliveries.\nAssist other departments with extra mailings, preparing items for fundraisers, etc.\nHours: Monday - Friday afternoon shift (estimated 1:00pm-5:00pm)\nCompensation: $17 an hour\nWhat’s in it for you?
