This internship provides valuable experience in a professional corporate environment within the asset and investment management industry.\nJob Details:\nSupport recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.\n\nAssist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, company events, and internship programmes.\n\nSupport learning and development activities, including training administration and coordination.\n\nMaintain non-confidential HR records, databases, and documentation.\n\nProvide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.\n\nParticipate in HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.\n\nWhat You Will Learn\nEnd-to-end HR functions and operations.\n\nHR processes, policies, and best practices.\n\nRecruitment, employee engagement, and learning & development activities.\n\nCorporate workplace exposure, particularly within the asset and investment management industry.\n\nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.\n\nStrong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).\n\nSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.\n\nEager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced corporate setting.\n\nEastspring is an equal opportunity employer.
