Ensures delivery of objectives and supports organizational goals through effective execution.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:\nDevelops and maintains information system solutions by formulating objectives; planning project life-cycle deliverables and resources; leading the exploration, evaluation, and design of technical solutions.\nDocuments and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, tools, charts, code comments and clear code.\nTest code, review, and recommend changes to technology stakeholders.\nPartner with internal business unit to provide applications and technology solutions to meet their needs.\nProactively manages changes in project cope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.\nPrepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.\nManages day-to-day system operations, parameters as well as adhoc problem investigations and trouble shootings\nOther assigned by team head and senior leaders.\nQUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:\n4-7 years of experience with increasing responsibilities in the relevant technical domain.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.\nExperience in financial services/asset management, with understanding of mutual fund and provident fund processes, and applicable regulations.\nProfessional proficiency in English; Thai is an advantage.\nTECHNICAL/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:\nArchitecture design: cloud (AWS/Azure), hybrid integration, security-by-design\nProject portfolio planning; cost-benefit and feasibility analysis\nVendor and stakeholder management; regulatory compliance alignment\nBEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:\nPlanning project life-cycle deliverables and resources;\nLeading the exploration, evaluation, and design of technical solutions\nTest code, review, and recommend changes to technology stakeholders\nProactively manages changes in project cope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans\n• Manages day-to-day system operations, parameters as well as adhoc problem investigations and trouble shootings\nEastspring is an equal opportunity employer.
