We pledge to make Eastspring a place where you can Connect, Grow and Succeed.\n.\n.\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nThis role has several key responsibilities:\nPerform daily 3 ways data validation on EMIR and MAS reporting submission\nWork with outsourced service provider to investigate and resolve rejected submission in a timely manner\nIndependently manage and resolve issues and escalations by stakeholders, including but not limited to internal teams, outsourced service provider, custodians and brokers\nSupport new transition activities, new instruments/ markets and other ad hoc projects as required\nAct as subject matter expert in the trade regulatory reporting space for any projects/ new processes that rely upon or affect new product development\nIncident management\nKeep abreast of market updates and drive process changes within Transaction Operations Team\nProactive management of risks and controls. Work closely with Transaction Operations lead to ensure an effective control environment robust\nContinual review and improvement in workflows, systems and processes through automation, innovation and adoption of new technologies\n---------------------------------\nEXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS\nAt least 5-7 years of experience working in Middle Office/ Operations in the Asset Management industry.\nDegree in Business/Finance or related disciplines\nStrong understanding of asset management operations, particularly in the derivatives/ regulatory reporting space\nExperience in using Aladdin preferred\nPrior experience in managing outsourced service provider\nExcellent verbal and written communication skill to document process, communicate with stakeholders and share best practices\nProven ability to lead and manage a team\nStrong attention to detail\nHigh drive with a can-do attitude\nA methodical thinker who will challenge and propose process enhancements\nA good team player who collaborates and act as strategic partners to our internal and external counterparts\nAbility to work effectively under pressure and adhere to variable deadlines.\nEastspring is an equal opportunity employer.
