We are committed to engaging, enabling and empowering every child whilst providing a supportive and rewarding environment for our staff.\nWe wish to appoint a reliable and self-motivated individual who has proven skills, knowledge and understanding in the following areas:\nAn ability to effectively undertake site services: cleaning, minor repair and maintenance tasks.\n\nGood initiative and organisational skills.\n\nKnowledge of COSHH and health and safety procedures and protocols is desirable, but training will be given.\n\nGood interpersonal skills.\n\n12.5 hours per week/52 weeks per year with the actual, pro rata, salary as: £8,508-£8,643, pay award pending.\nHours of work: 6:30-9am or 6:45-9:15am Monday to Friday.\nThe hours will be divided up between maintenance - including health and safety checks and cleaning.\nIn addition, there is a weekly evening letting and a monthly Saturday let that require the caretaker to lock up.
