We bring a hands-on, mission-focused approach to every engagement, delivering solutions that are built to last.\n About the role\nThe ICAM Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management, Credentialing initiatives. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage projects related to identity lifecycle, access governance, privileged access, and regulatory compliance, and ensure the ICAM program aligns with business and security objectives.\nWhat you'll do\nPlans, organizes, and coordinates the project lifecycle for technology infrastructure projects, including server, mainframe, storage, database, and network technology lifecycle management. \nOversees projects from initiation through implementation including phases such as planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and close-out. Establishes project requirements, priorities, and deadlines. Manages, coordinates, and establishes priorities for complete life-cycle of projects including the planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of solutions designed to meet the project requirements. \nDesigns project plans which identify needs and define major tasks and milestones, based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel.\nManages the agreed scope of the organization's solution projects and provides innovative solutions to complex problems for the purpose of increasing the speed of development and change and of driving the achievement of business objectives. Coordinates solution planning for offerings, heads a solution team, utilizing strong technical leadership and ongoing coaching of direct reports. \nOversees the development of solution roadmaps of the overall vision that underlies the projected solution, transforms that vision through execution into the solution, and assures projects meet the quality requirements. Establishes project requirements, priorities, and deadlines.\nUtilizes strong technical leadership and ongoing coaching of direct reports. \nQualifications\nNine (9) + years of experience in supporting Information Technology as a Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, or Senior Project Manager. \nStrong technical understanding of Information Technology, Identity and Access Management, and AWS GovCloud systems and services for the areas of work contemplated in the PWS. \nProject management proficiency with the knowledge skills, tools and techniques required to implement the services comprised by the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL Foundation). A Project Management certification (such as PMP) is mandatory. Managing agile development teams and understanding how any enhancement, defect, or other request impacts the architecture of the application. \nExpert knowledge of recent technological advances in computer science and engineering. \nUS Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Public Trust clearance\nSalary Range: $170,000-190,000 based on experience and qualifications\nEasy Dynamics is an equal opportunity employer.
