do\nOperational planning and strategy\nDevelop and roll out operational policies and strategies that improve efficiency and support company goals.\n\nWork with senior management to set clear operational targets and build practical plans to achieve them.\n\nTrack performance and report on progress, adjusting plans as the business grows.\n\nProject and process management\nLead operational projects from kickoff to completion, keeping them on schedule, on budget and aligned with company priorities.\n\nReview existing processes and workflows to find inefficiencies and bottlenecks.\n\nDesign and implement improvements, then measure their impact.\n\nRisk management and compliance\nIdentify operational risks before they become problems and create contingency plans to manage them.\n\nEnsure we comply with UAE regulations, industry standards and internal policies.\n\nKeep company documentation, licenses and permits up to date.\n\nTravel and events\nPlan and manage travel and accommodation for team members and executives, balancing comfort, efficiency and cost.\n\nRun company events from start to finish: venue selection, vendor negotiation, budgeting, logistics and on the day coordination.\n\nMake sure every event supports our business goals and runs seamlessly.\n\nWhat you bring\nBachelor's degree.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.\n\nStrong strategic thinking skills combined with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.\n\nHighly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nDetail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.\n\nBonus points\nExperience working with UAE freezone authorities.\n\nExperience managing vendor contracts and budgets.\n\nExperience in a fast growing tech or SaaS
