We want someone who takes ownership, understands customer problems deeply, challenges assumptions, and cares about great user experiences. AI is central to where EasyVideo is going, so you’ll actively experiment with AI tools and tell real product value from hype.\nYou’ll own a meaningful product area, working closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and other teams.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn a product area: drive initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration, and own the outcomes\n\nDrive discovery: understand customers, their workflows, and unmet needs through research, data, and market insights\n\nShape direction: turn customer problems and strategy into clear priorities, hypotheses, and solutions\n\nBuild AI-powered experiences: find where AI simplifies workflows and creates real value, working with Engineering and Design\n\nDeliver great UX: make smart scope and prioritization trade-offs to ship intuitive, high-quality solutions\n\nMeasure and improve: define success metrics and use insights to keep improving\n\nPartner across the business: align with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and others\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nMust-have\n3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS (we’re open to exceptional candidates with less who show strong ownership)\n\nExperience taking initiatives from discovery to launch and iteration, working closely with Engineering and Design\n\nStrong product judgment: you frame problems, challenge assumptions, and make thoughtful trade-offs\n\nStrong UX instincts and attention to detail\n\nAnalytical thinking: you combine customer insight, data, and business context\n\nAn ownership-driven mindset: you work independently and navigate ambiguity\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, and a willingness to learn and seek feedback\n\nHands-on experience with AI tools and a pragmatic approach to applying AI to real customer problems\n\nNice to have\nExperience with AI-powered products, creative tools, video editing, or content creation platforms\n\nExperience with enterprise SaaS or complex,
